[Notice] Temporary Out-of-Stock and Site Update for Select Detergent Products
Dear Atomy Members,
Thank you for your continued trust and support of Atomy products.
As previously announced, due to supply constraints from our detergent manufacturing partner, current inventories are gradually selling out, leading to temporary out-of-stock status for certain products.
To help you manage your orders effectively, we would like to provide an update on site operations and our current progress.
1. Product Operations and Site Display Plan * Affected Products: Hand Soap (A00541), Dishwashing Liquid (A00801), Liquid Laundry Detergent (A00861), Fabric Softener (A00871)
2. Progress Update & Estimated Restock Timeline We are pleased to share that the transition of production to our new manufacturing facility has been successfully completed. We are currently undergoing trial runs and rigorous quality checks. Sales are expected to resume as early as December of this year, or by early next year at the latest.
To uphold Atomy's core commitment to "Absolute Quality," all products from the new production facility are undergo strict inspection standards before release. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this temporary unavailability may cause and remain fully committed to restoring a stable product supply as quickly as possible.

지난 공지를 통해 안내해 드린 바와 같이, 세제 제조 파트너사의 상황으로 인해 현재 보유 재고가 순차적으로 소진되면서 일부 제품의 품절이 시작되고 있습니다.
이와 관련하여 회원 여러분의 이용에 차질이 없도록 향후 사이트 운영 및 진행 상황에 대해 아래와 같이 안내해 드립니다.
1. 제품 운영 및 사이트 표기 안내 * 대상 제품: Hand Soap (A00541), Dishwashing Liquid (A00801), Liquid Laundry Detergent (A00861), Fabric Softener (A00871)
2. 현재 진행 상황 및 재입고 예정 시기 현재 신규 제조처로의 생산 이관 작업은 성공적으로 완료되었습니다. 현재 안정적인 제품 생산과 엄격한 품질 검사가 진행 중이며, 빠르면 올해 12월, 늦어도 내년 초부터 순차적으로 판매가 재개될 예정입니다.
애터미의 최우선 가치인 ‘절대품질’을 지키기 위해 신규 생산 제품 역시 철저한 품질 검증을 거치고 있으니 회원 여러분의 너른 양해를 부탁드립니다.
