Return / Exchange / Claim 

- If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax. All products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as when purchased, including the product packaging or if you discover the product defects.
 

Orders Shipped Outside the United States and its Territories

-Products shipped or forwarded outside the United States and its territories are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Atomy America is not responsible for products once they have been shipped or forwarded abroad.
- Claims involving defective, damaged, missing, or lost products that cannot be returned will be reviewed on a case-by-case  basis. If approved, a refund may be issued, and applicable PV and commissions will be adjusted accordingly.
 

Refund

-Refunds issued to U.S. debit or credit cards may take up to 10 business days
-For refunds issued to international debit or credit cards, processing times may take approximately 1 to 2 weeks or longer, depending on the policies and procedures of each financial institution.

Defective / Damaged During Shipping / Missing
 

- If your package or content(s) arrives damaged or missing, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase at 253-946-2344 or Email: atomy_usa@atomypark.com

- We cannot accept returns for used products or for individual items that belong to a set.

- Products cannot be returned if:

1. Product is damaged due to the sales rep's responsibility.

2. The value of the product has been reduced due to partial use of product.

3. Damage to outside wrapping

Application Period for Refund/Exchange

- In case of a refund, all distributed commission and mastership will be readjusted accordingly.

- Fill out the RETURN REQUEST FORM (Customer Service > Resources > Product Return/ Exchange Form) then you will receive email instructions from Atomy America INC.
