  -For refunds issued to international debit or credit cards, processing times may take approximately 1 to 2 weeks or longer, depending on the policies and procedures of each financial institution.
- For any defective, damaged during shipment and missing products, please notify our Customer Support Center within 30 days of purchase.
  
  - We cannot accept returns for used products or for individual items that belong to a set.
  
  - Products cannot be returned if:
  
  1. Product is damaged due to the sales rep's responsibility.
  
  2. The value of the product has been reduced due to partial use of product.
  
  3. Damage to outside wrapping
