- Mainland shipping, may estimate about 2-7 business days for delivery.

- Any orders shipping to (AK, AS, GU, HI, MP, PR, VI) may take about 1-2 weeks due to the distance of delivery.

 • AK, AS, HI, GU, PR, VI, MP - For orders over $300 before tax, flat shipping rate of $50

 • APO/FPO/DPO - For orders over $150 before tax, flat shipping rate of $35

 • All other US states - Free for orders over $120 before tax

Refund

- Refunds issued to U.S. debit or credit cards may take up to 10 business days
- For refunds issued to international debit or credit cards, processing times may take approximately 1 to 2 weeks or longer, depending on the policies and procedures of each financial institution.

Return / Exchange / Claim

- If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax. All products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as when purchased including the product packaging or if you discover the product defects.

- If your package or content(s) arrives damaged or is missing, you must notify our Customer Support Center via Phone: 253-946-2344 or Email: atomy_usa@atomypark.com between 15 to 30 days from the Date you placed an order.

For any defective, damaged during shipment and missing products, please notify our Customer Support Center within 30 days of purchase.

- We cannot accept returns for used products or for individual items that belong to a set.

- Products cannot be returned if:

1. Product is damaged due to the sales rep's responsibility.

2. The value of the product has been reduced due to partial use of product.

3. Damage to outside wrapping

- In case of a refund, all distributed commission and mastership will be readjusted accordingly.
