On-site Pick-up Promotion – FAQ


1. What is the On-site Pick-up Promotion?
The On-site Pick-up Promotion is a special benefit offered to Atomy members attending Success Academy, which is one of most important Atomy Success System.
Promotion product is available for purchase from Saturday to Wednesday of the week of the Success Academy, and products must be picked up on-site on the day of the Success Academy.

2. Can On-site Pick-up Promotion items be shipped?
No. These items must be picked up in person at the designated Pick-up Desk at the Success Academy venue on the seminar day.
On-site Pick-up Promotion product cannot be shipped and must be purchased separately (cannot be combined with other products in the same order).
Since products are picked up in person, no shipping fee will be charged.

3. What if I’m not able to pick up the item myself?
Pick-up can be done by you or the person you designate.
When placing your order, you will be asked to enter the name and phone number of the person who will pick up the products.
Only the person listed in the order form will be allowed to pick up the product.
At the Pick-up Desk, ID verification is required to match the name on the order with the name on a valid ID (driver’s license or other government-issued ID).
Please double-check spelling when entering names, as any discrepancies may prevent pickup.

4. How is VAT applied?
VAT will be calculated based on the address of the Success Academy venue.

5. Will this promotion be available at all Success Academies?
We plan to expand this promotion nationwide in the future.
For now, it will be available at Success Academies held in California, Georgia, and New Jersey, where our warehouses are located.

6. What happens if I don’t pick up my order on the day of the Success Academy?
Any orders that are not picked up on the Success Academy day will be automatically canceled or returned.
The company will begin processing returns on next Monday morning.
Please note that refund timing may vary depending on your card issuer or bank. On average, refunds take about 1–2 weeks, but it may differ by financial institution.

7. What is the difference between a cancellation and a return?
The On-site Pick-up Promotion is available for purchase from Monday to Thursday during the week of the Success Academy, with pick-up taking place on Saturday (day of Success Academy).
Since the cancellation process begins after the Success Academy, orders placed from Monday to Wednesday will have already been finalized by that time. Therefore, those orders are processed as returns, not cancellations.

In such cases, PV will also be deducted, which may affect the entire group’s business.
For this reason, if you purchase an On-site Pick-up Promotion item, please make sure to pick it up.
